Luzern, 3. Januar 2020 - SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH, ein weltweit führendes

Liwet Holding AG ("Liwet") die verlangte Einberufung einer
ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung zur Neubesetzung des Verwaltungsrats
zurückgenommen hat.

Im Zuge der damals geplanten Kapitalerhöhung hat Liwet am 29. Oktober 2019 die
Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung verlangt. Im Nachgang
zum an der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 2. Dezember 2019 erzielten
Kompromiss zwischen den Grossaktionären BigPoint Holding AG und Liwet, hat
Liwet dem Verwaltungsrat nun den Verzicht auf die Einberufung der
ausserordentlichen GV mitgeteilt..
